Meh, while we all love graphics we tend to lose interest in the good games.

I just "Got" RollerCoaster Tycoon 1,2, and 3 with every single expansion pack.

I guess 3 does have modern graphics.

I guess i came here to say. People should play RCT. Its good to learn engineering (kinda) and learn about g force while building awesome roller coasters!

DUDE i loved that game! i always built that one train that would have a jump and then make people go shooting up into the sky and come down and crasy >:] i was a horrible person.

I own all 3 as well, but not all E-packs. I didn't like 3 that much even though its all 3d and you can ride your coasters - it didn't have the "RCT Feel" like the first 2.

I played RCT2 a lot!

so i decided to stick with the ZOO and RCT i love it, and always will.

Yup. There are 4 of them (Prison Tycoon 1, 2, 3, and 4), and apparently they all suck. Their release years are, in order: 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. That's right, they were released one per year for four years.

I dl'ed it 2 weeks ago.

RCT 2 is sweet.

I have been playing rct 3 last knight. Its not that bad? I had trouble with the cracks, but I got all the rct 3 expansions installed. They got a conjoined double coaster that splits!

I played a really old version of RCT once or twice, i allways liked Jurassic park operation genesis more:p

God I love Roller Coaster Tycoon!!! The only bad thing was when you made a ride that was too scary for anyone to go on… pissed me off :p!

One of my coasters I made. If you click on my name "Narcle" it shows all my coasters. There's a lot I didn't upload that I wish I did… Oh well.

Anyone have a free fully functioning copy of RCT? ;)

It really was a shame that each game seemed different to the others though - it was never just the same game, but better. They tried new things, some of which worked like in RCT2, and some that didn't, like in RCT3. I remember first getting RCT ages ago and playing it so intensively - I still love making the go-kart tracks that just completely own all other rides in nearly all ways, though making several simultaneous launching rollercoaster was pretty kick ass as well.
SimCity 2k was also a great game, but I found that the newer ones were generally better as it went along by giving more control over everything and as a God-game, it made it more fun. The only problem was that it had such a steep learning curve that it took me a long time to be able to make a city that continued to generate cash.
