He's 14 years old.

So.. I'm 13, I could get like a vacation thing or something.

I am 15 I got enough for my age ^^, haven't got a cent from my dad, I had to do it alone.

Noo. Sometimes the parent has to pay for the upkeep of the child. I was just asking if it is such in this situation.

yeh my dad supposed to pay 400 pound a month to me and mum, but hasnt payed a penny since 6 months ago started paying 20pound a month then stopped cause the legal people accessed him to pay more and 3 months later he still hasnt payed a penny :sigh: yeh i would get a paper round but i leave for school at 7:30 up at 6:30 and get home at 5 so…

Well he shouldn't have left you and your Mother alone. It's the way it works. He should have to pay. Just tell your mum to keep pressuring them until you start to get it.
