So I was writing a parser for SRL scar files and I realized that most of the 'misc' SRL files do not follow documentation conventions.

For example in 'QuickChat.scar' at the top the functions are documented like so:

// » function QCOpen: Boolean;                                    | by EvilChicken!

where it should be:

// » function QCOpen: Boolean;                                   //  by EvilChicken!

Files that need to be changed:
Quickchat.scar
Users.scar


This also occours in Prayer.scar
skill\Prayer.scar

If you're writing a parser I suggest you use the comments above each function/procedure. Those are more consistent.

And I suggest you fix all the errors and post them here so I can be lazy and copy/paste.
