which Range Pure do you prefer for PKing explain

1. the normal Range Pure max range 1 defense ex..

2 Range Mage

3. Range defense

4. Range strength/agility

5 Range Prayer

(im not sure witch one i want to make im looking for other peoples opinion)

Well i'll think its fits here, But take a Range Defense if you plan on becoming member, Otherwhise Range Str.


But the best own Granite Maul Rusher (Blitzer).

i was thinking of being a member later but what about pking in nonmember worlds

F2P Ranger with str.

Maxed Range/Mage tank. 99 range mage and def. You don't get extra cb lvls for the mage :D and the defense powns…

i here that it is only good to level defense if you are going to be a member because of of all the armor. but after doing more research i was thinking about leveling range to maybe like 50 or so ( before i start trying to PK) leveling mage to 25 to port and prayer so i can save some of my items sounds like a pretty solid pure to me. any thoughts?

well you heard incorrectly. the def owns in f2p too. it lowers the hits they hit on you :duh:

true but the argument is that it increases your combat level so higher levels can attack you, but there actual stats are stronger? but maybe im wrong what level would you suggest to bring your deff up to before attempting to pk?

in f2p with 50 def and 80 range you will own.

Very true. The extra 10 defence levels give you a slight advantage which wins you almost every fight. When you are 99 range, another 2 or 3 combat levels will make next to no difference in your PKing efficiency.

I'm working on my def pure atm: 45 def and 40 range atm. Even though range is low it still owns. :)

I'm in the process of creating a pure pker right now… (got 1 mil on it with clay softening, now I want to use that cash ^^). Bought the best equipment for every level (f2p only though, atm), and now I plan on getting 58 mage (fire blast), and 60 range, and 40 deff. The Fire blast or a bind spell should always be a nice surprise, and at any rate, I will probably make him an ancients pker (p2p), if he ever gets 84+ mage and 80+ range… I HATE to face one, but i think I'll enjoy to use one. ^^
Personally, I would go for mage/range, especially if you may get members sooner or later

if the acc is always going to be f2p get 50 def. else, get as high def as you can. the extra cb lvls don't matter because you will still pwn people that are your cb lvl.

if you want to keep it a low CB pker then range/mage i was round lvl 56 cb with 93 range and acients a few years back when ancients first came out but now with d bow and crap killing lvl 60s will be 5times easier lol blitz then d bow spec will kill just about anyone that lvl.

get ranged/pray/mage, thats what i have :) im 77range/65hp/45mage(working on it today) :)
