I started making a script for this a while ago, but gave up because crafting seems so useless. Nonetheless, this seems like a decent idea to get crafting up for whatever reason. When I was using my incomplete script it was going at about 35k exp/h (I think O_O) along with 30k gp/h in the Edgeville smelting area (P2P, requires varrock armor to enter).
The Idea:
Smelt Gold Bars into Gold Rings. Gold Bars are rock bottom - last time I checked their price had hit the lowest possible. Gold Rings are used in Summoning and have maintained a stable graph (http://itemdb-rs.runescape.com/viewitem.ws?obj=1635&scale=0). They sell pretty well. What you would do is have an amulet mould, grab gold bars from AlKharid bank, smelt in the furnace into rings, bank, repeat. Although the Edgeville furnace is much better, it has the requirement of Varrock Achievement Diary 1 (along with P2P), so not all that many people would be able to use it.
NOTE: I would recommend you keep this script in SRL Members. When I did this for a bit the rings sold bit by bit at med, but immediately at low. Making this public would increase the chance that people sell them at low, annulling the profit eventually.
