I thought about this when I posted a thread for my new sigs.
What about, we GFX'ers are only alowwed to make 1 Thread, our GFX Gallery, which is allowed to be bumped or double posted on when we make a new sig.
This would stop the GFX section from being spammed.
Or is this already permitted ?
