Black Market Rules

USE COMMON SENSE IN SALES/TRADES!
If a deal is "to good to be true", it's likely it's a scam.
Oh, one other rule:
If you get scammed, no public outcry. Use the report from, and actually use it. No need to create 200 threads in members section.
Also, no talk about the market outside of the market. Really, don't. It's not appreciated.
SRL is not responsible for any transactions, or any actions of it's members in this forum whatsoever!
All members choosing to conduct any sort of transaction on SRL does so at their own risk.

- Buying and selling of scripts is not permitted.
- No Raffles.
- Price must be listed if its a sale thread.
- Must have accepted payment methods in thread.
- Must have picture of merchandise in thread.
- Bumping is only allowed every 48 hours.
- Scamming: not keeping yourself to important agreements (like: I will pay you within 48 hours, and then they'll pay like 2 weeks later.) Note: stuff like: I get on at 16.10, and then you get on at 16.20 won't get you banned. Just the real serious stuff (to be decided at moderator's decretion)
- Scamming or any suspicious behavior similar to scamming (i.e. attempting to scam, impersonating other members) will not be tolerated. We differentiate two kinds of scamming:
- Scamming with monetary loss: Scamming and not refunding damages: i.e. you sell an account, you recover it, you keep the money. Users who scam like this are permanently IP banned from SRL forums and have their personal information posted.
- Scamming without monetary loss: Scamming but without any monetary damage, like not keeping yourself to made appointments (i.e. you buy something, the seller goes first and you pay him two weeks too late): Users who scam like this are banned from the market for an indefinite period of time.
- You are responsible for your own SRL account, no "I went to bathroom then my friend scammed" excuses.
- No accusing someone of scamming without proof.
- Fake vouching will be punished with a 2 month SRL ban combined with a permanent market ban for both of the persons: both the one vouching and the one getting vouched. An exception will be made if someone gets vouched unwillingly, and reports the fake vouch himself and doesn't advertise with that vouch.
- No Begging.
- No posting threads advertising sites: only allowed in personal signatures.
- Account sale/buy threads must be labeled either [FS] (for sale) or [WTB] (Want To Buy).
