I've been looking at the rules and having pictures is not allowed, How come some people still have it?.

Um, what rules are you looking at that state this?

Maybe it's disallowed for under Jr Mems? Idk.

Have you ever seen an image with the file format of HTML?
Try an image next time, not an HTML document…
Or a PHP script.

Remove the REMOVE in the code and edit your sig, no such rule exists :

You CAN have signature pics as a Junior member, but as you're "link" links to a page and not to a signature, it works.
Mind if I edit your siggy with the pic you want in?
