Hey guys so i'm thinking to go to Univ of Concordia or something over there(dad went to Concordia).

So I want to transfer from USA to Canada.

So is there a requirement test like over here we have to take the ACT or SAT's

and that determines what colleges your capable to go too.

So is there a test?

Thanks just wanted to see if any of yall canadians know :)

Nope.

You apply to uni / college and if they like you (high grades, etc) you get in. Simple!

haha in fact i was born in Ottawa :) moved to Texas due to dad started to hate the cold… he's been there for around 10+ years thats why.

Btw uhm Concordia is a tough school get in , is Uni of Toronto a good school?

Univ of Ottawa doesn't have Computer Science :(

lol bro :D Univeristy of Toronto (UTA), or University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM)? They are both good uni's :P I'll be going there in 1 more year! (btw there is also a UTS, University of Toronto Scarborough).

It all depends on mostly your average mark to get in, also there are some essential requirements that you need to have in order to get into a university in Canada. Ex:

4 English Academic Credits
3 Math Academic Credits
2 Science Academic Credits
1 Civics & Careers Credit (0.5 each)
1 History Academic Credit
1 Art Credit

And I think a few more… Just call them up or email them and you'll find out.

You need 80-100 to get in…

Just so you know..

ALSO, the price is very different if you are not from Canada.

There are different requirements for people outside of canada then people inside of canada. You got to look up on the uni's website what the requirement is.

ps. Im probably going to Mac for engineering next year.

You need 75 minimum in most schools. But say if you are taking engineering (Which I plan on) you would need a higher mark and more advanced classes in the math and physics section of your resume. It just depends.

I reccomend maybe Waterloo. I don't really know anything about what you are doing, or about Ontario. But I have heard that Waterloo has a pretty good school.

If that happened in the US there would be a huge lawsuit… and the girl would win millions.
