this may seem nooby but how do i make it where i can open multiple SCAR 3.20s? cause everytime i try to open a script it just opens it in a new tab and i cant run it. someone help? i run vista.

Open another SCAR, then open the script in that one?

Open scar, goto Tools>Options…>instances> uncheck the box>press okay
now simply close scar and open it again. this time, you can open as many scars as you want (be sure to always run scar as admin)
