SRL Archive - Banned from RS

Jagex just made the best update ever!!!! They updated the offense system. My account was perm banned and is no longer banned!!! If you have a perm banned account it may not be banned anymore!!! Go check if yours is unbanned!!!

theres been like 3 threads on this about this topic. CHECK THE RS HAS BEEN UPDATED SECTION BEFORE TALKING ABOUT UPDATES!!!

All my blackmarks(7.4) on my main were erased!! Yay!! :)

Liar. My acc is still banned

They did mess around with some bans, although mine are still standing -.-
But I re-appealed some, lets see if it works out..

i reappealed mine a a couple of days ago when they changed how the banning system works
but its still pending :(

Some peoples account was unbanned because the offences they did was expired, peoples offences expires after 12 months.

But does perm bans :D.

Yeah, even perm bans are undone.
They believe that "after 12 months you've learned your lesson" :)

well, i guess 2 more months before my hardcore army comes back =D.

my pure was banned for bug abuse currently pending… got perm ban tried appealing before failed, account review thread failed also lets hope it works.

As a part of this process we have decided to review all permanently muted or banned accounts. If the offences are older than 12 months, they’ll disappear automatically. If they’re more serious offences, or they’re not older than 12 months, then you’ll be able to submit an appeal for that offence, even if you’ve already appealed them before.

More serious includes macroing, so it's not: im gonna macro, im banned, in a year im unbanned. It's NOT that way.

i was in a house party with chessy018 and then chess logged out so i did 1 line of @'s and i got reported 3 times and ended up getting 9.8 black marks and muted for 3 days. 2 and a half years later of no bad kidness i am down to 0!

It says my Perm BansExpire 'N/A' :( Will they still go away after 12 months? If so, then they're gone in August :D

Lets see, reappealing all my old aryan accounts, hope they get unbanned…too bad they removed the "I would like to apologise" option

None of my 3 old pures (well the 2 of them that both had 4m had like 40 range :p) got unbanned :( All were "Major macroing" >.>

It seems that if you got hit with several offenses that lead to a perm ban then you are going to be unbanned but if you got hit with all 10 marks on 1 offense than your aren't going to be unbanned just going to get another appeal.

Was the account that got unbanned botted? If so, then wow. It is almost impossible to get unbanned when the ban is for botting.

My account with a red phat got permad Nov 05…. Not unbanned… Appeal is pending atm…

PS : I got banned for transferring items off a macroed account to my main :p Do you think they will unban me?

I got my perm banned account back after the new update by saying that my account was stolen, obviously it wasn't, and it worked out for me. I got my account back and am autoing on it again.

12 days waiting for a response to my appeal , still waiting.

yeah i have at least 10 macroing offenses on one account and the last one is about to expire. i appealed it can that mess up the expiring part?

How long do the appeals pend for?

I just checked on my account that was ban for macroing over 2 years ago and I was able to appeal it for like the 3rd time. I told them (using a proxy if that makes a difference) that someone else was on my account.
Status: Pending…

It said it MIGHT be unbanned. He is not a liar.

Ive still got a perma ban, tried to appeal failed. Got banned when first anti-macroing systems were introduced (To detect silent mouse)

It was prolly for certain offenses cuz i is still banned ='( lol
