I not a very experience Ubuntu user, actually, I just installed it a few days ago :p
Anyways, apparently I have no Random.dat files stored on my computer. The only reason I posted this thread is to confirm this. Is Random.dat named differently on Ubuntu?

its found in /home/your-username/.jagex_cache/random.dat
files and directories starting with a dot are hidden files in linux, so you may need to do something to your file viewer so that it shows hidden files.
I know in kde you press ctrl+. to see them

You can just delete it by typing 'rm ~/.jagex_cache
_32/random.dat'
Al the RuneScape files are also stored there.
Ctrl + H enables viewing hidden files in Nautilus.

Thank you guys for the helpful response!
Do you need to type sudo and then rm ~/.jagex_cache_32/random.dat because I'm so use to everything having sudo first.

Nah, you need to use sudo since you have full access to all the files on your home map.
Sudo is (generally) only for administrative tasks.
