Went from 93-99 with red chins. Went from 80-93 with aviansies(earning money for chins). Took 3 months… but I also got 99 fletching in those same three months!(I am wearing cape in pic)
My IRL friend in the other fletching cape got 99 at the same time as me :D

that is neitiznot. I didn't train there, i just got 99 there. I trained in the monkey madness tunnels with red chins(fastest range exp in game).
