I found this on pastebin by chance a couple days ago. It seems like a guide someone was selling, but was placed on pastebin. I guess if I found it, I might as well share it with others :) *Cough* Basically I'm giving this to you because I don't have a members account and can't make use of this *Cough* :p

To Start:
P2P is required. You can easily make the money back for a pin in an hour or 2 of using this guide.
Must complete Jungle Potion. It is a very easy quest (requires Dudric Ritual)
Karamja Gloves are required, at least the easy ones. Without these you barely make anything
Doing the harder achievements in your diary will make you even more money
Must have about 300k to start (More is better)
Glory isn't required, but it saves can save travel time

HOW DO I START?

Step 1:
Go to the Grand Exchange and buy the following:

Red Topaz (cut)
Jade (cut)
Opal (cut)

Buy however many you want. The more you buy, the more you you can make (obviously)

Step 2:
Use your Glory to teleport to Karamja, then go through Brimhaven and on to the Tai Wana Bao Village and find Gabooty, he is in the center of.

Step 3:
Right click Gabooty and select "Trade (Co-Op)"

Step 4:
A. Sell 20 of each gem to Gabooty. If you sell more than 20, your profit margin will decrease.
B. Once you sell 20, hop to a different world and sell 20 more. Repeat the selling until you run out of gems.

Step 5:
Go to the GE and put your trading sticks up for sale. They won't sell immediately, but the WILL sell.

Conclusion:

Trading sticks sell for 5-6GP EACH in the GE, and they do sell, sometimes you must give it some time.
If you are having trouble selling them, sell them to me i will buy them and sell at max.
You get 5,490 trading sticks when you sell 20 of each gem
5,490 X 5 = around 27k
27k per 45 seconds because it takes 30 seconds to hop worlds and max 15 secs to sell them
27k X 60 minutes = 1.62m
I factored it at 1.6m just if people are slow and lag

You make 1.6m per hour, must factor in the cost of the "item" so it may be around 1.4-1.5m
In one hour 1.6m comes to you, not all pure profit, since cost of an "item" you must use

There is easy potential for even more money, though. The more gems you buy, the more you can make. I can make up to 1.5m/hr pretty easily.
Having a hard time selling, you can always rent out an item and havbe the person buy sticks, or advertise sticks + cash on forums, etc etc. they are not a hard item to sell at all and its a steady income

This pretty much got nerfed when it got leaked.

Edit: because too many people bought gems for high price, and you don't make very much profit at all with it.

Still, anything with 500k+/h with virtually no skills is rather good, did this go all the way from 1.6m/h to less than that?

All I know is I bought it for buying 1 mil junk off sininia and then that day it was leaked and I only made like 90k because there were no gems on the market.

Oh, so the problem is getting the gems then?

and the price of them.

Mine the gems at shilo village ;) I know it takes the purpose out of the 'fast' part of it but if the trading sticks are good money then that is the way to get the gems.

You can buy gems from a guy in keldagrim, anyone know the prices?

Keldagrim only sells Sapphires etc.

oh.. right.. what else can be sold for tradung sticks?
