There most likely is, but we can pretty much consider us the best free one out there. RSbot was kinda always our one competitor.

We have pay scripts, but the only problem is you can just delete 20 lines of code and it's free XD

With iBot you can just give people only the .class file without the .java file and then nobody can edit the file so nobody can crack it.

It's funny, yesterday I signed up at RSBot Forums to see what the bot was like, the next day, the forums get hacked XD.

Rsbot is open source; even if they stopped updating it, I'm sure someone would make a updater of his own for rsbot.

You know, it really isn't hard to decompile class files? And there are a few good ways to protect pay scripts in scar..

Decompiling isnt that hard, theres even ready made programs for that. This yet doesn't mean that everyone could do it, as If I would do somekind of authsystem, I'd set booby traps.
Protecting isn't hard either, theres been obfuscators and other kind of software/ scripts floating around the forums during the years.

Just wondering where will the RSBot users go? here, or Xbot?

Scar & SRL will always be free and the best cuz first of all, ALL scripts are open-source so others may learn, and this has made Scar and SRL what it is today, thats why its called a Community ;)

Rsbot is not a community. Scar/Srl is certainly is. I couldnt care less if rsbot gets shut down. We still have good old color and improved reflection.

Don't put down RSBot. Sure, their community is a piece of crap, but the bot is by no means worthless and inefective. Scripts are simple to make (afaik, I haven't taken the time to learn how to), thus there are more scripters, more scripts, more ideas, etc, while SCAR/SRL can be more efficient and effective. RSBot has a lower limit, but it takes very little to achieve that limit, whereas achieving that same efficiency in SCAR is more challenging, though it can keep going further.

And don't forget the RSBot client's obvious superiority to SMART, which is half the reason I bothered using RSBot for a while before deciding to write my own scripts in SCAR for the various things I need.

I've was using it for 3-4 weeks (stopped 1-2 weeks ago) 5-10 hours a day and haven't been banned?

I had 6 accounts banned from using it every once in a while when I went through a phase without srl..

I think he means verification that parts are in it online. Like using a specific password in the script to verify it, and checking the password with a constant kept on the website. And the script will only work if the password works.
