Ok, reckon that new members should have to post 5 good posts before they can download links, because i was looking at newest members, and i always see the new members with no posts, meaning that the only reason they come on for is a script it annoys me! :P

Also i think there should be an Idea Cup, like best idea for the forums and 1 person can get it per month, it will get more people trying to help SRL :)

Yeh i know but what i mean is people come on and go on free for all scripts, and just take the scripts then leave the forums, if people have to post before they can download, it will make more people wanna be here and make people stay here :)

I've seen some forums where the thread maker and make a custom download link which is only available to people with xx post and stuff.

I don't know if vb have any thing like that, but if there is something with that kind of function, it would be great:)

thank you for support, i am gonna make a Support Count on first post, we will prob need quite a few people to agree before Wizzup? or the Fawk will try and do this..
Also what you think about the Idea Cup?

I disagree. Spamming is already a problem with people trying to get the better jr member scripts. Making 5 posts a needed thing just adds 5 posts of spam if the person just wants the script. Let them leech the crappy scripts, who cares. The good scripts with multiplayer should only be put in jr members.


Ps- The idea cup thing just looks like a way to get a cup for your idea ;)

OK good point Garret, but my argument is that, yes it will decrease spam count, but it will also have a higher% for that person to stay at SRL, because if you can just download the scripts you want without doing anything then that is what they will do. Also if possible you could make a little script that if they post like "great script!" then that wont count as a post.

Ahh, I like the idea for the idea cup so when/if it is released I think you will be awarded one :P

I kinda like the idea of the cup, but not really the 5 posts thing. That would add more spam. The scripts are for free, because none of them support banking, so they`re not too useful anyways.
And Garret, not all the free for all are `crappy`:P

By crappy, I meant "I think that only crappy scripts should be put there"

First one is pointless, will just distract people from joining the forums.

Yea, it sucks that people with 4 posts leech all scripts, people with 6 posts are great personalities. There really should be a Junior Junior Rank.

Ehm, apparently you do not use iSpy a lot, or the mods are quick ;) There are multiple people each day spamming up to 10 posts.

Idea cup sounds cool.

Are you suggesting the person gets it for the month in which they came up with the idea or they get to keep it?

Plus change the pic to one of an eye (i-dea = eye-dea) :P

Scripts in FFA aren't crappy. They just dont collect/get more attention/need less updating.

I really could care less about leechers. In fact, I love it when my script gets leeched. Another happy person who I helped. :)
