I'm not going to list every time that he has helped someone, but every time I go to a thread where someone is asking for help, 99_ has always posted there helping the person. The last thread I was in that he helped someone in was this one:

Although you can just look at his profile and click find all posts by 99_ and you will find tons of helpful posts.

Has he applied for SRL members yet? I've seen him around a lot lately (and that's a lot to say since I seldom browse through the forum) and he seems to know what he's doing.

Well he just became an srl member, so I don't think so? If you're thinking he's someone who got banned and came back, the only 2 people I know of who did that are sandstorm and iroki.

He was slightly accused of stealing accounts recently. But it was just a misunderstanding if I remember right.
