atm i've kept the founder flag as well while i was working around on it, if we are to use this i'll just remove it and keep the list like #srl

Absolutely not. It isn't allowed in any FreeNode channel. Making a new one would not make sense. And if any, it should be ##srl, but that is only confusing. (I don't see what is bad about the current rules, either.) :)
