I think they do, it has a green check next to "Password Protect Directories".

Ruler's hosting had 500 less mb space but for the rest more or the same.
This isn't bad either.

But also, when I connected via ftp to my site hosted here and tried to upload index.php, it kept not letting me until like 10 minutes later >.>.
