if i do that will the scrips i have saved be deleted too?

Most likely. You best just back them up somewhere.

If you uninstall SCAR then your scripts will remain there. Unless of course you save it in a SCAR folder..

ok im going to trust and and start this SCAR thing over, i cant get this to work

Just before unistalling go to Yourscardirectory/ and copy the scripts/ folder to your desktop. And move it back if you install again.

Afaik scripts that weren't in the SCAR installation won't be removed…
