If you get the error

This application has failed to start becuse MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

and this error

JVM.dll could not be found.try re-installing java

You will need to download MSVCR71.dll and then place it in your System32 folder.

If you still get the JVM.dll try reinstalling the latest Java.
