What does the slidebar on the right of SMART screen do? also is there any way to speed up smart besides Command Prompt->Processes->Smart->priority->high?

True, to make smart even faster you can put your frames per second lower ;) put the scroll thingy down and your fps will drop.
Very usefull if you want to use more then one smart :)
