Awesome start! All it needs is a bit of formatting to make it easier to follow what's going on and it will help a lot when you're writing huge scripts.
program Chiken_killa_fetha_collector;

{.include SRL/SRL.scar}
{.include SRL/SRL/Skill/Fighting.scar}

const chicken_color = '';//color of chicken
const feather_color = '';//make sure diff color than chicken
const food_color = '';// food color

Procedure Setup_SRL;
begin
setupsrl;
end;

Procedure Kill_chicken;
begin
clickmscolor(chicken_color,true);
wait(4000)
endfight;
end;

Procedure pickup_feathers;
begin
clickmscolor(feather_color,true)
wait(3000)
end;

Procedure Find_Randoms;
begin
findnormalrandoms;
end;

begin
setup_SRL;
repeat
Kill_chicken;
pickup_feathers;
Find_Randoms;
until(false)
end.
You also want to make the wait times random. ex. wait(4000+random(1000));

I've never heard of clickmscolor(feather_color,true) :o
U should use Mouse and MMouse:

Mouse(x, y, rx, ry, leftclick);
Here x, y are the co-ords where to click.
rx, ry are the randomness' (if rx = 5, ry=5, it clicks a 5*5 box around the point
x, y)
the leftclick parameter is either true or false. If you want to leftclick, use true, if you want to rightclick, use false.

MMouse(x, y, rx, ry);
This is exactly the same but without the leftclick-parameter, because it doesnt click. It just moves the mouse.
