Runescape has finally fixed the games ability to find the correct route when clicked on the mini map. One thing that they changed when was an object that can't be walked in (ex: water, rocks gates ect.) the red flag still appears there and the character will just sit there like it's still trying to get to that unwalkable place. This has rendered basically all the AK smithing scripts I've used useless (as well as probably many other scripts) because the script will wait for the red flag to go away before continuing the script. To all scripters that use this function in their scripts this is a heads up that your script may not be working any longer and should probably be updated.

Thats very helpful, as I noticed that my clay softner stopped because the flag would click where the fountain was. I though it was me making a bad script to start with.

Same happened to my clay softener. An easy fix is to just do FFlag(4) or however many pixels the diameter of object you can't walk into is. I'm not sure but they may fix this, unless they actually meant to do that.

They kinda fixed it… sometimes the flag disappears and sometimes it doesn't(when trying to walk to an unwalkable spot)

Thats sweet, they wanna fix the main problem of RuneScape when the majority of the dedicated players quit.
Awsome.

More cons than pros from a programming perspective, imo.

Well, a bug or not it's sure effective against all those walking methods we use in SRL, at least for a day or so. To keep my scripts running I added timers to walking, so that even if the flag wont disappear it'll continue to walk. We can always add a failsafetimer or whatever we think of to keep our scripts going :P
