Well I am not totally sure if this is to do with SMART but it seems like it because the cursor ends up where I showed.

All help appreciated.

I know what your problem is. Change

SmartSetup(world,false,signed,false);

Into

SmartSetup(1,false,true,false);

If that doesn't work change the line 595 and 596 into

  SMARTSetupEx(1, False, True, False);
Wait(5000);
SetTargetDC(SmartGetDC);
repeat
wait(100);
until(SmartGetColor(253, 233)<>1118604);

change it to..

begin
SetupSRL;
SmartSetupEx(1, False, True, False);
SetTargetDC(SmartGetDC);

and to change the world.. change it to like.. SmartSetupEx(6, False, True, False); .. if it's a members world have it SmartSetupEx(6, True, True, False);

keep the last two as True, False..

but you can change 6, True accordingly ;)
