SRL Archive - RS3 Outdated / Broken Scripts

I'm looking to make something big, something perhaps like a hybrid, or a tut runner.

Things I enjoy doing:

-TPAs
-Walking
-More complex functions

Note: This is going to be a SRL Member only script (hence the name), had enough of leechers.

Hill giant killer with bone collector and will bank them and take food. It's a pain to train prayer.

Thats a pretty good idea, may need to get an account that can fight them.

No offence to anyone whos written tuts on them, but I have no idea where to get started.

And please don't worry about accounts :), I've got enough, and as I don't care FaGeX, ones called Tomz 101 :)

Slayer Task Completer. The ultimate in Scar Scripting.

The file for that will be like 10mb, and the chance for it working is like 1000000:1, but then again it'll definately give people a reason to become members :)

But getting the accounts for that would be a bit tricky.

Actually, no the script wouldn't be 10MB. As long as you dont start adding images to it XD. A good 500kb is possible though.

The liklihood of the script working…. should be well above 90%. The liklihood of someone actually setting out to make it though, is as you said, around 1000000:1 (so, do we just wait till we have a million members then? XD).

A 1000000:1 ratio would be pretty good considering that is working to not working :p.

And also, a 500kb script…that is insanely big. I doubt it would be that long.

still… home teleport is a far way away from draynor, unless you are talking about something else?

Actually, it wasn't specified which side working and not working is on. Though it was implied ;)

A typical Hybrid script is easily over 100kb. The initial setup of a slayer task completer could easily be half that size, given the complexity of records / data that would need to be stored for AT LEAST 2 slayer task givers (burthrope and _).

500KB is a very realistic number given the nature of the script.

Not really, its a relatively straight path that can be achieved with some pretty simple walking (color-wise), and with reflection, its a piece of cake!

I'm meaning you don't have to click on the map, you can click on the main screen.

How about a Yanille Essence Miner, 66 Magic required.

Its not impossible, becuase Zephy made one yonks ago, the path is easy to walk to as long as you have lots of failsafes and accurate radials ;)

Cockroach Soldier killer in F2P would be just awsome.
It would:
-Start at bank, withraw food or catch food fish at barbarian village and then coks it.
-Go to Cockroach Soldiers.
-Kill them and pick up stuff until no food.
-Go bank the drops.
-Repeats.

Its awsome because you can actually make like 60k-150k PER TRIP! And one trip only lasts like 30-40 minutes!
So its like 120k-300k per hour? I think this is an awsome idia, i started the script but my main got banned and i cant make it now. But, if you need the colors of all the good drops, i still have them so you can add me on msn:

Well maybe the 500KB is possible but Slayer is a skill I never worked on so I would never know. It seems complex to me xD. All I remember is I had to kill Hill Giants.

I think a good green drag killer would be awesome. Haven't really seen any.

Start looking over the include, other scripts, and the tutorials posted on the forum. Between all of those and some help from the forum or IRC, you shouldn't have any problems.
