As most people know here at SRL forums,appealing Rule 7 takes a pretty nice appeal to get back to playing RS.

and you have to have the whole ip scam planned out before you started autoing… so its kind of late to do anything, you could appeal using a proxy or another computer saying you weren't in control, but it probably wont work.
