It's not simple at all, its very cluttered and not 'clean' in my opinion. I agree with NiCbaZ, its difficult to read the text, and that text is being overused by you dude…

Perhaps use a smaller and clearer font.. But it's a 5/10 from me.

Too cluttered, text is not readable, just not very visually pleasing.
