Sorry if this has been posted before. What I don't get is why you need to be able to program a good SCAR program to get the Member rank. Why should people who don't have the time to dedicate to programming not be able to get a decent script? I've been here for a while, and I'm no leecher. I haven't been active for a couple years, but that doesn't mean I leech scripts. I don't have enough time to dedicate to learning some simple, useful for one thing programming language. I'd rather learn how to program in VB, which is what I'm doing now. My point is this: People who don't know how to program SCAR should be allowed to use Members scripts.

The whole point of being a member in a RuneScape autoing community is to show that you can do what this community was made to do and that they can do it good :)

sorry, but this will most likely not happen (it happened before when the community started.. everyone got members and they changed that.. so.. chances are almost 0% I think)

A diverse set of language is great! It will help you in the future no matter what.

If time is an issue, take it one step at a day. You sound like an intelligent person, and I believe that if you check out some tutorials you'll find that it is way easier than it may have looked before.

Unfortunaetly, (most) SRL-Members have had to learn to script to get in, and I know some that have succeeded in which I never thought would touch SRL Members let alone be a developer.

Just go for it, don't complain. Seriously, it's like eating pie.

If you leeched more, you would know that there are some pretty good Jr. mem scripts, well, there was when I auto'ed a lot, and I am sure there still is.

You might more success going to a community that the focus wasn't an include for SCAR. Then maybe you'd find it more appealing. But complaining gets you nowhere.
