Someone posted this way back, but was unable to use it because it required membership and what not. I was surfing the web and stumbled upon this.

That file was added 2 years ago and it includes a virus for sure.

I have the official program from a while back, it is all in Chinese, horrible GUI, etc. If you ever did find a download of it, it would not work, and I suggest you remove that URL from your post.
Edit: People can't even DL anyways, no one is seeding as it is a virus.

I doubt anyone still has a copy of it, but it was very ugly. Everything was question marks "???" "??" "???????!?".

If it was in question marks you probably didn't have the characters for Chinese installed on your computer.

I do not even remember what happens when you don't have them installed, I have had the Chinese and Japanese characters installed since forever lol.

I found it on sythe, but it doesn't work and stuff.
It was used to control bots that were running in chinese servers, not your pc.
