I made a noob account and used a script which tries to break every rule possible for fun, and when i tried to appeal it and convince runescape that i was hacked, this is what they told me

Reason for appeal (supplied at time of appeal):
I was using a public computer and i think it had a keylogger on it or i was h
acked by someone there and they had access to my account.

When ever i logged in i was at different places and sometimes my password was
changed. Then my account was banned and I never wrote those things in the ev
idence.
Explanation of why appeal was denied:

At Jagex, we examine offences and offence appeals very carefully before we come to our final decision.

In this instance, we have found that you were responsible for this offence, and therefore the Black Marks you have gained will remain on your account.

We want you, and every other player, to be positively engaged in our community and the game - if you continue to break our rules, you may reach a point where you are limited to Quick Chat, or even excluded from the game on this account, or any other accounts you have.

Does this mean that they actually examine appeals before there final decision? Also at the part how they said "or any other accounts you have." Will they check other accounts on my I.P (My main account was created about 4-5 years ago and that I.P was WAY different)

The system is automated, the messages are pre-made. They assume that you are guilty until proven innocent, which they find by some trigger words and then a real person comes to check it.

Ahaha, as if anyone has any rights on RuneScape.
Jagex = bully. End of story.

And yeah, the appeal system has been automated for years…. But your script to break every rule made me lol as I've tried this in person, AND COULDN'T GET BANNED. Yeah, I fail.XD
