I remember seeing that video on youtube a while ago. I tried it. Nothing good happened. It almost lit my lawn on fire.

I remember when anonymity and I made one of those… we put too much lighter fluid in it and I squeezed it on accident = dripping fire… good thing I was wearing gloves.

We couldn't figure out how to make one that didn't burn you.

I really want to make a huge one, like bowling ball sized…

It would take a lot of tee-shirts, but it would be worth the expense. You could also use gasoline instead of lighter fluid. Then you could fire it out of a catapult.

Lmao catapullt ftw

Now that you gave me the idea… Ima see if I do it.

Will def post video if I do LOL

I will when I figure out a suitable core to make juggling ball sized ones.

As has been stated… I made a few of these fireballs once… but what Aser left out was the awesome part….

After we got bored playing with fire in the basement of my house….. we decided to take the materials we needed… and a mostly full bottle of lighter fluid and then moved outside with it all…. Once we were outside … I retrieved my bow and we set the ball on top of a 3.5 foot stump with the container of lighter fluid in front of it …. then we moved back about 40feet and took shots at the bottle…. once I hit it (from about point blank range… ok …. really it was pretty much as point blank as it could get…. ) the plastic bottle really just broke… and the log caught on fire… no awesome explosions… ohwell… the ball kinda epically failed.. it burns hands, does not stay light when attached to the end of an arrow and launched at distances of more than 2 ft…. ohwell… it is fun to kick around

Yea, I was a magician for 10 years. Oddly enough this won't be the most dangerous thing I've done for the entertainment of others :p. I'm thinking billiard balls might make good cores. Maybe half sized ones. They won't explode, melt, or soak up lighter fluid.

Ah yes, the famous fireballs. I have been making them around a year now. They are so much fun. If you want to hold them then don't put as much lighter fluid on, or use cologne and you can hold them.

Nice. I'll teach you the secrets of magic if you teach me to juggle balloon animals while riding a unicycle :p

Easy, cept they try to blow away, so I prefer to juggle mice balloon animals since they are small. I can blow up and tie the animals while riding a unicycle too :p

I made a fireball a few days ago. It has a lacrosse ball core (juggling problem solved). It is about the size of my fist, and I plan to test it pretty soon. Any ideas on something awesome to do with it? I want it to be better than just "Oh, look a piece of cloth on fire".

I also plan to soak it in gasoline or napalm.

I suggest making a whole bunch of them and then finding a flat spot…. then use them to bowl at bottles of lighter fluid…. and when you say fireballs… you mean gasoline … and then slowly letting styofoam dissolve into it…right?= napalm?

Nice! What's the diameter of a lacrosse ball and does it soak up lighter fluid?

The lacrosse ball is a little smaller than a baseball. It is a bit heavier though. I don't know of it soaks up lighter fluid but you could wrap it in cloth…or use a tennis ball.
