Hmm from this link http://www.runescapecommunity.com/index.php?showtopic=705601 They are talking abt macroers at green dragons.. And They are Sure their macroers.. What are your thoughts people, not to the even but to the fact abt macroing at green dragons.. have u seen them, and do you think they're using scar or chinese bot?

I'm tired of seeing the autoers that run in the wild killing Green Dragons, so I am hosting a Green Dragon Macro'er Killing Event.

Date: December 16, 2006 (next Saturday)
Time: Around 1PM, US Eastern Time (GMT -06 I think it is)
Place: Meet in Edgeville
Server: We will start on 104

We will only be killing autoers in this event. We will be reporting them as well of coures :p They tend to wear Rune Legs/Skirt, Rune Chain, addy full helms, and DDS/Long. You will have to supply your own PKing equipment, and the recomended level for this is 70-90 as most of the autoers are high 60s low 70s.

I suggest you Melee with a DDS for this PKing trip. The specials decimate the auto'ers, because they only eat when their health is at a certain point. If you attack them with all 4 specials at this point you should get a kill. They don't drop anything very useful though. Normally just some Dragon Bones and Green Hides. If you want to mage/range i'd suggest maging, as they wear rune, and don't take it off when you mage them like anybody with a brain would do. Again, you choice as I will not provide equipment for anyone. You keep what you kill though.

I am gonna post some pictures tommarow hopefully of what some auto'ers look like.

Some scripts have been made for green dragons. ;)

There are lots of them, I've seen some while I was playing legit on my main for while, they are like 70 cmbt, names are like imhoho21042341 and theres darn lot of them, and none of them talks or anything. And its definedly not scar, what they use. If they even are macroing, but theres many of them, and no reponse or anything.

Well you can't tell if some1 is macroing *just* by checking if they talk or not.. Many people *choose* to keep private chat on friends, because of lots of ppl being complete idiots.. The thing to tell if they are macroing or not is to by killing them .. I mean playing legit, all players will either try to fight back, try to run, tele, eat, etc.. If they just fight normally like there fighting a dragon, that's when you know they're autoing…
I read all the pages on that topic, it might be a trap.. but still pretty interesting.
If only I was a member.. I could go there with my lvl 50 pure ranger and check it out..

I've autoed blue dragon in heroes guild, but wild is just stupid. And with the addy/rune thing, it would make more sense that an autoer has rune, because it's easier to get high mining/smithing or cash to burn.

P.S. I also hate stupid people that think they are smart.

Arga isn't fully functional yet, so i doubt it, unless the arga devs … lol

I actually wrote a script for green dragon autoing last winter :P probably still works fair today. It is very simple actually, use the Ancient Magix Teleport to dragons walk north 3 steps, Use Glory to goto bank, Then if you find a skull dtm newhere except the bottom corner you teleport out lol. I used it for alittle while on my main for testing but decided it was to risky so i stoped :P It is very possible and quite easy of a script in my option just to many varables to keep it goin to be viable in usage.

Well, I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's unlikely since the wildy isn't the safest place around

An ok point. Not that i think it will be a trap but why doesnt he just go kill them by himself? I guess its always funner with company. Nothign is impossible. I mean who thought you could create a rune miner script. But i just dont think it would be worth it. Id rather auto on something good elsewhere outside of the wildy. It may be slower autoing on creatures lower levels but atleast you dont have to keep walkign from lumby

Yes, these ppl who kill green dragons are autoers, im sure its not scar.. But theres aleast 10 of them in every world, they walk from verrock to the lvl 22 green dragons. Kill them and safe eat if they get below 50hp, they always wear rune chains\addy helm or no helm with dragon dagger as wep..

They verrock telly in the same spot. They dont talk, there all types of diff lvls . 50-100, they dont get banned…

Ive tested tbing them before, to see what they do. They attack, and eat above 50hp, when they run out of food they burry all theres bones and just sit there till they die.

I think its jagex :P trying to get there economy back up..

Because there are alot less people. Although you get killed sometimes, it is worth it, because you can just write a deathwalk ;)

Go to world 1, buy some gold ore and try to communicate with the sellers. They won't know very good English at all. My theory, a bunch of Americans go to Africa or some crazy country with a sucky economy and pay the people 30 cents an hour to mine gold/kills dragons. Then they sell the gold to the US/UK, this is the only reasonable theory.

china is more reasonable, high speed internet connections, computers, tech savvy, need for jobs

My member main can make a mil in less than 15 hours of playing using a few skills in the 40s and 50s. Assuming a mil is $10, thats 66 cents per hour, so even less considering their accounts prolly can't make money like mine, and even less than that for profit to their employers.

Im sorry but all of you with 1k+ posts should know if you atk one they think your a dragon… they Wont run… you can even do an entangle trick causing them to skull…

i auto so i get 8mil an dden get 82 mage for my ice blitz and den keep getting money so i can be a famous pker lol , whos rich and wudnt have to worry bout stuff

U kno ima try were full green and going there. Or atleast a color that is close to the color of the green dragons. Hey if one of them misclicks just ancient and u may get a whip.

Personally - I think the majority of the people at green dragons are the "gold farmers." I have spent hours up there pking on my main .. up by the canoe station .. when you look up their stats they have nothing but combat - have seen some 110's up there with nothing but combat stats - no skills. Totally obvious. They have no idea how to run away from pkers .. they have no idea how to deal with them - since that recent update they are really screwed. The funny thing is that they try to "help" each other now .. so, if you are attacking one, another will come down and try to help kill you - which means one of them skulls :p

Green dragons by canoe station is AWESOME for solo pking .. good for team pking as well if there are just a few of you :) not really good loot, but free dragon bones ftw!!!

anyways can someone organise big green drag bot killing party? like 10 or more peoples, lets try to clear at least 1 world… i will come if some organise this.(pm me)

I think that these are sweatshop workers (boreas and others) , because i once said "owned auto" to one of them when one appeared in varrok, probably after teleing. Then the character responded as "no" now im not sure if that is an auto responder or not, but isnt that a little non-bottish. Maybe the person has a set of rules, such as to not let their hp get lower than such and such, or not to die with bones and hides in their inventory, or to tele at a certain time. That's my view on this topic.
