The script will buy ruby rings from him, then alch them. He has an UNLIMITED supply of rings. He sells them for 1012 each, and the rings alch for 1215 each. The do NOT note, so you can only buy a maximum of 26 at a time, assuming all you have in your inventory is money and nature runes.

Lets do the maths:
Cost of nature runes - ~230gp
Cost of ruby ring - 1012 gp
Total cost per Alch - 1242

Money retrieved per Alch - 1215gp
Total loss per Alch - ~27gp

That's about a 27k loss per 1000 alchs. A very cheap way to gain magic experience.

Notes: A cut diamond is needed to enter the room where he is, along with the completed quest Lost City.

It doesn't have to bank. For reference though, Irksol is the guy in the top right room.

He said it doesn't need bank… it only involves buying and alching. And jagex doesn't care about names because you can easily fake the name and make it look like another player.
