A good idea, would only work for members though, is a Ape Atoll Gorilla killer. Best experience in game when legit, so would be brill for autoing. All you do is put pray melee on. attack gorilla's and you dont get hit. When at about 15 prayer, go to altar and recharge. Simple as. As precaution have tele's and if it can't find altar then it teles out. Probs would have to be reflection to make it safe and reliable.
Note: I think it is random-free area, but i am not sure.
I would do this myself, but i just dont have the time atm to dedicate my free time to scripting, sorry all.

Problem is that sometimes you get stuck between the gorillas, so your death rate would be pretty high. Even if your legit u can get stuck easy. As well you get poisoned by a little spider..
but yeah it would be a cool idea, except for the getting stuck thing :P

if prayer = 20
then find altar
if find altar then go altar
if prayer = 10 then we are stuck
go altar
if prayer = 5 then tele outa there!
jeez..
that place has a lot of random too, and what happens if you get stuck with a gorilla? and there are also players who dress in gorilla any ways…. and what are you going to when they are unagressive?

Yeah thats what i have been thinking too if those are the monkey guards?
And lunar magics have spell that deletes poison :)

Poison is still a very hard thing to tackle, as not many people have lunars..

Just make it stay very close to the alter and if no gorillas are there get it to run and attack one then run back. Then if you keep your back to the alter you will be fine.
And the little spiders you only get poisoned when you attack them. If you just let them bite away at you there is no problem
