What does it do? Changes HSL values of an image. Example:

How to not crash the form:
Only use natural numbers between 0-100 in the HSL values from the form.
Do not load corrupted images
Do not load big images
Supports .bmp, .png, .gif and .jpg images. It's a bit laggy but don't worry.
