Unfortunately, I have 15k cosmics, not nats…lol

Does that include buying nats?

What selling area and what ring?

Yep. You buy the nats, then you get your cut diamond "Which is requiresd to enter the market place", Money, and Nature runes which you bought.
You continuously buy rings and alch them until you run out of money/runes, then you exit the marketplace.

I'll do it. Seeing as I need 65 magic, and I only have 60.
Small point though. Using the natures left over from Soduku, won't that drastically reduce the price of nats?

Unlikely, nats are probably the most central item to the whole game. Hundreds of thousands of people train runecraft with nats, because theres a massive demand for them due to alching. Our few k of nats a day each from sudoku would barely even scratch the surface of what's being produced legitly

No, Not in that way.
Because, as you said, Natures are a central item to the whole game, they're pretty expensive, yes? What if we sold all other runes APART from natures into GE from soduku, and kept the natures for alching ourselves? This would, from a perspective, give cheap natures, or even free natures.
Which, leads me to my point. I think, after a bit of calculation, you earn a bit of money even if you don't sell nats after soduku.

It doesn't really matter Lee, since your doing sudoku for profit either u sell em and buy em back or just hang on to em. Heck you could even sell them then maybe buy them cheaper later. It all varies and doesn't change much.

Np.
To anyone that can't open it, upload to googledocs.
Btw, rename Humidifier to HumidBank1, and add the following row
HumidNoBank 55000 -150000 500000
Turns out The Claws new version HumidNobank>HumidBank1. HumidBank2 (a middle version) is better then HumidNoBank judging from The Claws estimates. HumidNoBank has some unmeasurable improvements to it, so give it it's own row, and replace HumidBank1 with HumidBank2 if we get data for it.
Speaking of unmeasurables, here are some (take these along with the relative efficiency rating in column O):
Rings: As with all alching, it doesn't require the GE to need what you have, in addition to that, what you are buying is unlimited from NPC.
B2P: Does require you to buy stuff from GE, but there is guaranteed supply of clay and nats. Selling B2P shouldn't be too bad, as they are very useful, but there isn't exactly a guaranteed demand. No randoms or reporters in house (unless butler is a secret pmod).
Cammy: Does require you to buy stuff from GE, but there is guaranteed supply of clay and laws. Less useful than B2P, so selling may be slower (but as with all options, if product hasn't sold yet and money for supplies is running low, go sudoku). No randoms or reporters in house (unless butler is a secret pmod).
HumidBank2: Does require buying and selling, but supply of vials and demand of wfv is guaranteed due to huge secondary markets created by herblore.
HumidNoBank: No walking or banking, less to go wrong. Also has chance of being most efficient due to 25k trick. The Claw can explain more.

Yep, with the newest version of my humidifier the rates are improved a fair bit.
HumidNoBank: Casts humidifies and magic imbues, and requires no banking (obviously). Gets about 58k/xp an hour now. The beauty of this is because it needs no banking or it can be casted nearly anywhere; I've been casting it in level 2 wild in edge dungeon on a pvp world, which is a hotspot so my drop potential increases every half an hour. After I'm done casting, I do the 25k trick with a mate, and almost always make a significant profit on the runes spent - the exact amount is impossible to say, since it's so random, but its usually at least 200k profit per 1k of astrals used. This is my method of choice, since theres no hassles trying to buy or sell anything and is fast xp.
HumidBank2: Just ran it then and is pretty much the same as HumidBank1. :(
