I was perm muted and had 16 blackmarks, I was muted about a year ago, but just yesterday, I made a appeal yesterday bout the mute, and I said like how I was a paying member for years, and I said to them lame excuses about my language (this was during the alt 255). Well the apeal was denied. But they dropped 10 marks and I was unmuted!!!

yes because not so long ago they were unbanning
perm banned/.muted accounts
there is a thread still inthe runescape main forums were they are doing this
i got my old main that was banned back in 2005 back it was banned for macroing,scamming,etc etc
and they wiped all the blackmarks off it and unbanned it
i had like 37blk marks :D
now i have 1.8 off another 2 autoing offences :D

it was my lvl 104 main. (never autoed)
