Collages :P or do you mean colleges?

Universities also don't have numerous colleges in them. Unless Canada is different a University is a college.

ex:

University of Southern California (USC)
University of California; Los Angeles (UCLA)
University of Florida
etc…

Congratz.

At least Canada is similar to USA's schooling… I'm in Comparative governments UK's school system is completely different, so is most of Europe I guess.

nuclear reactor? Wow… because that's needed. Unless they power the area with it.

No, its for the university. For nuclear physics and crap like that.

wow dude grats, im thinking to college in Canada as well since its going to be cheaper for me(was born there) BTW do yall have to take a test called SAT's?
is it a requirement over therE?

XcanadamanX

2009-02-10 15:25:01

never taken one so no :p

Nava2

2009-02-11 12:04:15

Nope, thats only in the states. You MIGHT have to complete the Literacy test though… Its rather easy.

A G E N T

2009-02-11 19:30:35

Literacy test is a requirement to graduate high school, not really to get into university… However that test has to be the biggest waste of time (& money) ever done in schools.

Nava2

2009-02-12 09:14:10

Yes, but last time I checked you need a High School diploma to get into university/college…

A G E N T

2009-02-12 21:05:22

Yeah, but that's like saying you need to pass your exams to get into university.
He was asking if there is anything like an entrance exam, which there generally (AFAIK) is not.
