01/25 - How I will announce the item.
Introduction.
Starting a new merchant clan for various reasons. Most of the best merchant clans are full, some are unreliable. Therefore i decided to make my own clan. Of course this would require a lot of work, assembling, etc… But it is worth it!
Why is this worth it?
If you haven't heard, clans are manipulating items through a method called crashing. These clans earn 50% of the amount of money they invested.
Example 1.1
The formula for how much you earned is x / y = p
where x (integer) is the amount your investing, y (float/double) is the % amount you have earned and p (integer) is the result.
3,000,000/0.5 = 6,000,000
But in most cases, clans can actually profit by 300%! Some even earned higher. A great example would be the Dragon Claws!
Example 1.2
3,000,000 * 3.0 = 9,000,000
It changed to multiplication because dividing it actually makes it lower. Go figures.
So now you understand the immense amount of profit. But how does this work?
How manipulating items work.
The clan first chooses an item to crash. And to do so wisely. The leader would announce the item to official members and those members will buy the item however they want.
The clan now holds the item (the ENTIRE stock of the item) and waits as the demand for the item goes up therefore the price will to.
At a point they should sell it (because they can't technically buy the entire stock) at MAXIMUM price. Thus earning ENORMOUS profits, corresponding to how much they actually invested.

(This is an example of a work managed by a merchant clan. If i were to guess, they made over 50%.)Requirements.

Membership for 10+ days (If we were to merchant members-only items).

Why do you need at least 10M?! Well first off, the more you invest, the better your profits. And also we do not want to carry too many members.
Why? Simply because some members are stupid enough to sell the item early without permission. WHICH IS BAD! The price could drop and people will eventually join in and sell the item as well.
How do i know what the item being invested is?
(This is an example only! Do not merchant those Zamorak Platebodies!)Official members will join my clan chat (I will give them the username to join the chat.) and check the clan's chat name for the item. For example, i used Zamorak Platebody (it got cut offed) so everyone should immediately buy Zamorak Platebodies.
