I think it means that the transfer hasn't been completely finished yet.

Pay pal has taken the money away, but your bank is holding it.

is it acturally your bank thou? I mean are you talking about using credit card to pay or using bank.
Banks block some payments by it selfs (its different for every bank) but most of banks hold a payment for lets say (pokerstars.net :) ), and they won't release until a phone call (thats how it work in where I live)

Cause netbank is like what do you call it… Well anyways its owned by CommonWealth bank and people from other countries wouldn't really know what your talking about.
As you probably already know, with netbank saver you CAN do transfers to other peoples BANK accounts. Though you can't do stuff like, lets say buying a gift from Amazon.com (Without paypal) But since you're saying you do have paypal, I'm going to have to ask you a few questions.
Number 1: Was there money already on the acc?
Number 2: Did you make the payment to shawn crigger thus automatically making paypal take out money from your paypal account?
Number 3: Do you know how to bank transfer?
Bank transfers take about a week to acctually get into your paypal account. And btw, Commonwealth bank doesn't have much restrictions.
NOTE BUT: When your buying online, most banks put up secruity to protect themselves mostly, not the user. So careful.
EDIT: Your 16? I wouldn't be messing around with ma bank account online atm(at the moment.) tbh…

Shawn Crigger = Dankness btw. & I'm 15 have a paypal set up & all, verified etc.. Don't see a problem with it.
