Hey all, i cant really use smart anyway, cause i dont have the admin pass (pm me if you got any ideas.), but just wondering if SMART works when the monitor is off (cause my dad always turns the comp off if im not at it cause it "wastes too much energy").

Unless your computer is set to sleep (or hibernate or whatever it's called), SMART should work fine if the monitor is off.

Oo ok, any more ideas on that admin pass? Ive tried hacking a bit, but windows32 is locked, im on xp pro
Btw, the monitor doesnt need to be on if you were not using smart. The monitor is kinda like a window to what your actually doing. You could shoot the monitor and you would still be autoing till script ends.
Ever tried .bat adding?

Google "recover windows xp password". There is a lot of software that will allow you to get the password easily.
