I don't know if the newest version of SCAR, (the beta), already has this, but:
It would be nice to have a check box that can be clicked in the "find" pop-up that allows you to wrap the search, instead of just searching down or up. Nothing big, just a little improvement.

Yea, firefox and internet explorer, (and most things i think), automatically do this. If you Ctrl + f something, and then just keep hitting enter, it searchs down the page, but when it gets to the bottom, it doesn't just stop the search, it goes to the top and searchs again, (infinite loop).
In SCAR it doesn't wrap, when it hits the bottom, (while searching down), or the top, (while searching up), it just stops.

You don't need to keep clicking search up or search down. Most things either wrap the search automatically or have a checkbox that allows you to wrap the search if you want.
I said it was minor =p

I'd think that having a Firefox-style search function is much better. You just press "Ctrl + F" and type. It searches in real-time. Not when you press "Find Next".

That would be incredibly annoying, because you want to look at what it finds, (how would it know how long to spend where?). It can find the first instance of the word automatically, but after that you should be required to either hit enter or press "Find Next". That might have been what you meant, but I don't think it's what you post means.

Macros, that's not what he meant :P
You guys know how, in firefox, you don't have to choose a search direction or anything, you just press the find button and it searches the whole document? That's what he means. And once you reach the bottom of a document, it wraps up to the top, which can also be helpful.

In Firefox you do have to choose a search direction, it's just that the default is down, (same with SCAR; down = "Next" in Firefox). You can also choose up, (or "Previous"), and hold down the enter key, it will search up the page, get to the top, then go to the bottom, (wrap).
SCAR and Firefox are identical, except for one thing, SCAR doesn't automatically wrap, (it would be better if you get to choose whether to wrap or not though).
