i haven't actually seen anyone botting with a skill cape but i have noticed an increase in low level skillcapes as in: i was at the gnome agility arena when i see a lvl 19 with a theiving skillcape and then only 10 minutes after a lvl 30 with a fletching skillcape. they may have been legit players but i have noticed a lot of them recently. i haven't got a pic, but i will try to get one when i next see one. has anyone else noticed this? or am i the only one? :)
EDIT: i am seeing more and more low level chars with skillcapes, do you think these are bots, and has anyone else seen them?

I definitely have seen an increase.
It could be because they are bots.
Or it could be because now you can stay at a low combat but wear a skill cape and not be considered a noob.
And I think more people are starting to want to do that.

I don't think they are bots, I think they are old players that decided to make a new account and get a 99 with it because their main already had a lot of 99s… I also think there are more skillcapes because the game has been out for quite a while and people started thinking it was really awesome when they saw a skillcape, so they spent all of their time trying to get one.

probably just skillers, i've seen a level 9 with 3 skillcapes, and a level 3 with 6 skillcapes- very cool and something to brag about if it is you, but not that unpopular

I think they are legit, i never thought of having any skill at 99 until skillcapes came out, then i got 99 att, str and def (i botted that) but my point is, skillcapes make you want to have a 99 skill.
