Depends on the crater you're in.
If you're in the low crater, then lobbies would probably work. Medium it probably wouldn't work consistently unless you have a very high defense. Even Swordfish can be hard if you don't have great defense.
Anchovy Pizza is MUCH, MUCH better. 18 hp per food versus 12 is a HUGE difference when you're trying to last 3 minutes. If you have 20 food, that's 120 extra hp you have to burn through. It's like getting 30 lobbies instead of 20. There's really no reason not to use anchovy pizzas, since there's a lot of pixel cash at stake.
I have done transfers in Medium crater only. I'm not an expert, but the way that has worked for me was to take each account into the crater and run them to an isolated spot along the edge near an exit. If someone attacks you, step out and try again. Once you get to a spot that looks good, log out. Your character will remain there when you log in. Then take your other account to the same spot and log out. I usually run a third account over there, just to act as a spotter. Then all you do is log in with your spotter. If nobody's around, log in with the other two accounts and kill one. Pick up your booty, and then just stand there and eat half a pizza every time your health gets more than 10 below your max hp.
If you have 40 defense, 43 pray, and anchovy pizzas you should do fine. Low defense and low prayer complicates things. But if you're in the low crater, you should still be fine.
I made one bad mistake my first time. I killed the guy, picked up the loot, and waited there. When someone showed up and attacked me, I ate food, and then picked up more food from the pile on the ground. That was a big mistake, since it re-set the penalty timer again as soon as I picked something up.
