If you turned on the "one mousebutton" option, you would basically have to have one command for clicking, one command for waiting – and a repeat loop..

it's the same, just with coords, the coords of your mouse are in the bottom left corner of scar.
eg
Mouse(123, 456, 4, 4, true);
