Here is some info that might help you.
If you only run smart, and the windows stuff (the ones requierd to make windows functional)These are from my computer. (Hy's fc runner)
Duo Core Laptop +1gb(+) ram = 2 smart (3 will make it 100% CPU usage)
Duo core pc +1gb(+) ram = 3 smart (4 will make it 100% CPU usage)
Not sure about quad, just double what I said:(h):
