So I got RSBot running and it works, trying the mining script, Rimmington script.
I'm in Rimmington mines yeah, mining gold, and it works just fine. (sometimes it insists on going to the bank the first time with nothing in the backpack but it goes back to the mine and mines fine). So it mines just fine, but, after mining maybe like 5 or 6, it will go spastic and start clicking the top left several times and i go all the way northwest (or wherever my compass is at) and its like wtf. what is going on? is it my fault? how can i stop this? the cross hair just clicks at the top left and doesnt do anything else. help?:(

also.. the one event with the box with the numbers and shapes on it.. im sure people knows that doesnt work but other events work fine

It's no more detectable than SCAR.

The detectability comes in with RSBot because scripts are made with little to no anti-ban, little to no randomness, etc.

I can never get any RSBot scripts to run for more than 2 hours. With SCAR I go for days, that was mainly the deciding factor for me (plus community here is good :)).

If you learned to script RSBot, then you'd be just as safe. Depending on whether or not you added the same randomness that is added to SCAR scripts.

Yeah if you made your own script or used a script that actually is antiban/randomness then the chances are same as SCAR. (getting banned)

I still don't like it because majority scripts lack that, as TViYH has stated. Would be good to learn as you'd learn java scripting for it.

if i leave it alone i eventually end up in the Wizards tower some how…

I think it might be more dectable as we go on color and it Uses BCSL or something like that to hack the client?

hmm. I'm sorry, I have no idea i was in a… completely wrong forum from what i thought. I found RSBot and downloaded it and got it working. i had some questions about it so i googled "RSBot forum" and well, i got here. funny huh?

well im using this RSbot and well, its alright, but now this SCAR and SRL stuff… i read a little in other forums just now and im very confused. it seems like very technical stuff, which im not very good at. at all. on the whole im sure this sites hacks are a lot better than a bunch of glitched hacks packaged in a neat box like RSbot.

I wish i knew how to participate, i suppose i could test scripts but im not entirely sure how to run them… i downloaded that SCAR and SVN stuff and i downloaded one script.. and now im lost…

Anyways, welcome to SRL, the home of SRL (the Scar Resource Library). SRL, together with SCAR, can also be used to macro or auto at RS. I suggest you read a bit up over here, after all, this is one of the biggest cheating communities (with its own stuff, so not like Sythe which can also be called a cheating community but they dont got serious good stuff themselves, besides most activity on the (scamfriendly) black market over there.). We are the only people here with fully functional, 100% colour based stuff, although we also got some reflection (which uses Java). The colour based stuff can also run in a normal browser like Firefox/Opera/Safari etc :)
The official RSBot boards are located at http://www.rsbot.org/mybb/ atm, if you want specific RSBot help I suggest you go there.
Participating here is not that hard, although it seems hard at first. If you want access to the good scripts (also most working ones over there), stay registered for one week, and make 10 non-spam posts.
For some good tutorials about how to setup SCAR with SRL etc: http://www.srl-forums.com/forum/auto-f179.html, just read a couple of tuts, idk which of them are up to date myself but shouldn't be that hard.
