every time i run a script using smart, even when the world it is on is not members, it say cannot login, account a non-member or whatever it says when a non-member tries to loginto a members world. would someone tell me why it is doing this and if it is for only members, that is terrible for account armies.

Change the second parameter (the first boolean) in SmartSetupEx to false instead of true.

ok so i still can't figure it out, i am sort of a noob to this smart thing, could someone tell me what to change-as in what line of the newest version- in the script:

That script is way out-of-date. I'd suggest finding a new one.
