Hey guys my css team needs a match server and we found an irc channel that is giving a 12 slot 1000 fps 100 tick server away for free to the team that has the most idlers, i would appreciate it if you could go to gamesurge network and then go to #armagaming and put your name as

StunnAZ|YOURNAMEHERE

mine is
StunnAZ|Santa

please idle it from now until december 23rd, december 23rd is when the contest ends so please make sure you all idle it by then. anyone that helps will receive my greatest gratitude along with my team's. please tell all of your friends to do it also!

If it still idles when your computer's in sleep mode I can do it, but I'm not too good with IRC :p - How do I get onto the gamesurge network from an IRC client?

Edit: /server irc.gamesurge.net ?

EDIT: When I do that it gives (using Moparisthebest.com's client) -

21:46 !!! WmJQR7Chc: Your username is invalid.
21:46 !!! WmJQR7Chc: Connect with your real username, in lowercase.
21:46 !!! WmJQR7Chc: If your mail address were foo@bar.com, your username would be foo.
21:46 !!! Closing Link: WmJQR7Chc by Burstfire.UK.EU.GameSurge.net (USER: Bad username)
21:46 !!! Closed connection!

Do I need to register somewhere and/or use a different client?

/server -m irc.gamesurge.net i think,
And +1 StunnAZ|Spaz.
Also, You want me santa, i seem to remember kicking your arse :P

~Spaz

You guys couldn't come up with a better name than "StunnAZ"? Fail.

EDIT: Why post in the members section? You'd probably get way more idlers if you posted in another section.

Hey! I'm Santy, not him :D Does idling just mean I stay logged in without talking? I turn off the laptop so I can't keep the computer on 24/7.

There, I'm in

How long do you need me to be in there?

non stop from the 20th to the 23rd, meaning do not leave :D ty everyone

I'm in, but… what if my internet resets or something during that period of time? =/ (for like 5 minutes)
